Writing this post is a little awkward to say the least. Right when I sat down to write it, I found out via an email that Snap has placed me on their Top 100 Sites Using Snap. Considering that they have over 29,000 site owners using it, I feel this is quite the honor.

While at my local Barnes & Noble looking for a new book on Web Analytics I started socializing with this guy standing next to me. I was complaining how all of Barnes & Nobles selection of Internet books comprised of eBay & Google how-to books.
It turned out that the guy who I was talking with was Brent Bushnell, Lead Developer for a new restaurant in beta called uWink. It’s started by former CEO of Atari and Chuck E. Cheese, Nolan Bushnell.
I have to share this. Just make sure your not drinking anything while watching this video. You might spit it all over your keyboard.

Clint Eastwood has two back to back epic films taking what appear to be similar stories about the battle of Iwo Jima from the Americans perspective and the perspective of the Japanese.
From looking at the trailers I can’t wait to see both of them. The American version is titled “Flags of our Fathers” and the plot outline according to IMDB is “The life stories of the six men who raised the flag at The Battle of Iwo Jima, a turning point in WWII”.
The Japanese version titled “Letters from Iwo Jima” is about “The story of the battle of Iwo Jima between the United States and Imperial Japan during World War II, as told from the perspective of the Japanese who fought it.” (more…)
Don’t expect much writing as I will be in Vegas all this week for Pubcon.
I hope this week in addition to talking to people about Search Engines / Internet stuff I hope to learn more about the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries. The past few times I’ve talked to people about Oil they bring up OPEC. I have no clue if they are right or not.
