Automatically Creating 1,000’s of Keyword Targeted Content Rich Pages

Once upon a time you could make a lot of money being an affiliate marketer or using Adsense by dynamically creating keyword rich topic targeted content pages. There is one tool I know of that allows you to create 1,000’s of unique pages based upon a topical list of keywords.
This tools is called “Yet Another Content Generator” and it works by first reading a keyword file stored on a server and it would pull out each keyword to create a unique webpage filled with tons of scraped content.
I believe this tool has or had the ability to search sites such as MSN, Digg, Wikipedia and YouTube pulling tons of their content and mashing it all together.
A unique page could be created for every keyword which is placed in the keyword file. By using sites such as WordTracker or Spyfu one could generate a massive list of keywords based on the topic of the domain.
Awesome, right? Not quite.
Now before some of you run out and play with this I should tell you very little money is now made messing with these things. I personally know a few people who earn 5 figures a day auto generating content but these guys take it well beyond what I have written here. These guys have spent years perfecting this science and if you’re starting now, you seriously have quite a lot to learn.
It’s tempting to buy a few domains, sign up to an affiliate program with Commission Junction or Azoogle and automatically build thousands of webpages with your affiliate / adsense ads all over it.
For the most part, auto generating content is dead and I find things like this are a complete waste of a person’s time. I advise you to focus your energy on something more long term. Work on something which you are proud of and make it something you would have no trouble explaining to other people.
Quick cash on the Internet is just that, quick. Typically by the time tools like this make their way down to the novice web marketer the money is no longer there.
Although, who am I to tell you what to do? If you do decide to mess with these kinds of things my best advice to you is to focus on hiding your “footprint”!

Yes, that business model is way to unstable, but of course, anything that relies on automation to build pages that no one really wants to read anyway has to be.
