Horrible experience. Of course I am also so unhappy with the moving company who promised so much and did not deliver on their word. I mean who has the time to follow up on something like this. Plus it will be so difficult to prove what happened one way or another. So I am not sure if it is worth it to pursue this any further. Khalid I just went through something very similar. I have been advised to contact the Office of the Attorney General for the State of California and report them on the Consumer Alerts, Information & Complaints.

Oh, I would of course forget to cancel with the first company. They would show up to a completely empty home with nothing to move. As no papers were signed no legal ramifications.
