Warning, the images in this video are highly disturbing. This seems to be making its way around the web but do keep in mind while watching of our beef slaughtering plants.
Update: 4/13/07 - I understand people are emotional over this video and want to express themselves. I am all for people commenting on this Blog and I hate to censor. But some comments are extremely hostile and inappropriate for the mass audience I have visiting this blog. If you want me to post your comments, keep it clean otherwise I have to delete them.

Months ago I hijacked my neighbors LinkSys Wireless Router, reconfigured it by calling it my own and blocked all other users from using it except myself.
Am I a hacking genius? Do I have mad skills which allow me to read streams of code on a monitor as we saw in the movie “The Matrix”? Perhaps I am some 14 year old malicious kid pounding away on my keyboard with Cheese Puff stained fingers! (more…)
While hanging out with a buddy of mine we were talking about how people that we’ve just met love to ask certain questions. It seems without realizing it; people love to ask two very personal questions before taking the time to get to know one another. (more…)
Today is my birthday and I am another year older but more importantly ShandyKing has turned 1.
I get asked all the time, what the hell is a ShandyKing and how did I come up with that name?
It was about a year ago this time I took some serious interest in the pod-casting world. Actually, I think this was over the holiday season last year. I spent hours looking around the internet for any podcast I could get my hands on and listen to anything related to Internet Marketing. (more…)

The title of this post is about as tech geeky as I’ve ever written. I’ve decided to pick up a new LinkSys CIT200 Wireless phone so I can use Skype and make cheaper telephone calls to my friends and family around the world.
The whole concept behind Skype is sweet and with it now being around for as long as it has I thought I would not have any issues getting up and running. (more…)
This week several people have asked me about the difficulty in creating videos and placing them up on a company Blog. As it turns out one of the sites I frequent daily, SEOmoz.org, did just that.
SEOmoz is run by Rand Fishkin who last night uploaded a neat little video with him and his staff talking about the Wikipedia. In the spirit of being a Moz and sharing openly to the world, this was a cool idea. He specifically asked the readers of his blog to provide feedback as to what they could improve upon for future videos.
Since this was their first go at it, expectedly there were quite a few things that could be done better. Just basics like sound, lighting and set-planning.
What struck me as odd was when the video finished. SEOmoz chose to use Metacafe to host their video content and Metacafe offers us viewers the option to watch additional videos when you’re done watching the original.
As you can see from the picture below take a look at the choices Metacafe offered us, “Cheating Wife”, “Real or Not” and “Celebrity Up-Skirt”.
I have nothing against and don’t mind watching good Celebrity Up-Skirt videos but to see this content on
Knowing Rand and the SEOmoz crew I am sure this was not done on purpose and I am sure they will fix this as soon as possible. But it just goes to show that even the best Internet Marketers have to double check everything before placing it live on their company website.
Playing with videos and distributing them has never been easier. As you can see Metacafe offers one solutions. Just be sure you cover all the angles before releasing your videos on your company blog.
Speaking of angles, I watched the “Celebrity Up-Skirt” video and it’s not worth recommending.
