The first I know about it is that the silly thing pops up and starts some extra http activity. It means being carefull where I leave my mouse or I could have some damn lump of an interstatial cover the text I was looking at. I'm considering designing a firefox addin to block this script - I probably will not get it done but... I hate this particular scriptlet. I also have cooliris addon for firefox which does give me near full page preview so I can properly look at a page before deciding to go there.
