Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin Appearance in Latest South Park Episode Disturbs UK TV Watchdog

October 27th, 2006
Written By: Adam Sussman

Reported on CNN, John Beyer of UK TV watchdog Mediawatch said: "This is such bad taste and the makers of ‘South Park’ should review their decision to show it. Steve’s family are still grieving.

"South Park" maker Comedy Central defended the episode. A spokesperson for the company said: "It has offended people in the past and probably will again. Regular watchers would not be shocked."

I am a regular watcher and will admit I was taken back for only a second. Then I remembered I was watching South Park and that’s why I watch it, shock value.

Oops… it looks like someone removed the first video. Here is one from The Simpson’s

The guy was nuts. It didn’t take a genius to predict he wouldn’t last very long with a lifestyle like that.

The writers of SouthPark are doing the best they’ve got in trying to shock people and they do it with style. It is not normal, but what is when talking about South Park!?

south park sux! if the morons think their cartoons are sooooooooooo funny and the viewers are so use to the dumb cartoon and are so use to shock why not put the episode where all the people died on september 11th 2001, then we’ll see how god damn funny it is! but no, that’s a very sensitive matter when it comes to the americans I am so sick of hearing about that shit, but they can make fun of somone else’s death in another country, the stupid creators of south park will get in trouble if they make an episode about the 2001 episode, but I dare them I DOUBLE DARE THE PRICKS! I am so glad I am not American! no wonder the other countries have a problem with your counry
