FYI. Internet gambling was already illegal. The Act passed changed that in no way.

Now, the question is: Is playing poker on the Internet gambling?

This particular instance may have been at the hands of the GOP, but this practice is not unique to the party. The Democrats are just as guilty of this type of under-handedness.
