Congrats on the new gig. I'm at a similar cross road. I've spent the last 18 months building a site/service that's at about 50% of the financial projections. My cash is not exhausted (yet) but I finally came to the realization a few weeks ago that it's time to throw in the towel. Fortunately I have a buyer for the site at a price that makes me whole plus leaves a little left over for the next project. It’s very difficult to look at your own situation objectively.
